Erin Brousseau

Erin specializes in integrating resilience into the clean energy transitions of private and public sector partners by identifying their energy resilience risks and generating roadmaps for implementing solutions.

Erin has co-authored analyses on energy security and resilience for the Clean Energy Buyers Alliance, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners, the Texas Advanced Energy Business Alliance, and the U.S. Department of Defense. As a trained facilitator, she has supported and led dozens of workshops on generating resilience solutions for stakeholder groups with competing priorities.

Erin has significant international engagement experience and has conducted substantial research on energy security policy in post-Soviet states, particularly on modernization initiatives in electricity infrastructure. Before joining Converge Strategies, Erin served as an Education and Engagement Fellow with the Clean Energy Buyers Alliance (CEBA) and as a Fulbright scholar in Russia.

Erin was selected for the Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI)’s 2022 Cohort.
