Francesca Reznik

Francesca Reznik leverages her unique interdisciplinary education and energy background to guide clients through how ethical and political frameworks influence policy, action, and community decision-making.

At Converge Strategies, Francesca designs and facilitates workshops to bridge cohorts of stakeholders. She conducts landscape assessments to identify critical infrastructure vulnerabilities and develop policy frameworks across all levels. She supports community advocacy organizations with strategy development and policy planning.

Francesca’s previous experience spans climate policy, energy equity, workforce development, and grantmaking, with a proven track record at the local, state, and national level.

Francesca led external engagement for the workforce development team at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC), where she developed and executed an external and employer engagement strategy that impacted a portfolio of 400+ grantees and $50 million in funding.

During her time at the Aspen Institute’s Energy & Environment program, she coordinated energy policy forums, roundtables, and convenings both domestically and globally. There she developed expertise in critical minerals, industrial decarbonization, and transmission. These roles led Francesca to build upon her policy education and complete her Master of Theological Studies part-time in Religion, Ethics, and Politics at Harvard Divinity School, where she explored the intersections of climate, religion, and politics.

Francesca serves on the board of Climate Salon, a nonprofit that convenes expert-led, discussion-based events geared towards unlocking climate innovation.
