Sofia Mongeon utilizes her background in business and energy systems to assess critical infrastructure and guide energy stakeholders toward actionable resilience solutions.
At Converge Strategies, Sofia applies her knowledge of U.S. energy markets to on-the-ground project opportunities through stakeholder engagement, vulnerability assessments, and workshop facilitation. Her work includes strengthening state government partnerships to advance state-wide vehicle-to-grid technology, integrating defense energy considerations into policy materials for state-level energy decision-making, and reinforcing regional resilience for communities and installations.
Prior to joining Converge Strategies, Sofia worked as an Associate at the Corporate Energy Buyers Association (CEBA). There, she led member education on U.S. energy market transactions, facilitated stakeholder conversations on project impacts and energy financing, and helped establish multiple programmatic teams. She also contributed to industry-wide procurement guidance, supplier training, and public-facing principles aimed at accelerating corporate clean energy procurement across the U.S. market.
