Meredith Pringle, Chief Operations Officer, Converge Strategies
Meredith Pringle is the Chief Operations Officer at Converge Strategies, LLC (CSL). She leads the firm’s internal operations while continuing to advise clients at the intersection of resilience and national security. In her COO role, Meredith engages with Company Leadership to set strategic priorities and steward the systems, people, and culture that underpin CSL’s growth. She oversees company-wide operations, talent and staffing, and organizational budgeting and planning, ensuring CSL’s internal infrastructure keeps pace with the rapidly evolving energy resilience landscape.
A recognized expert in energy resilience for critical facilities, Meredith specializes in resilience strategies and assessments for military, government, and civilian partners across the country. She designed CSL’s regional resilience workshop approach, which develops project concepts to address critical infrastructure vulnerabilities through partnerships with airports, utilities, communities, and all levels of government, including more than fifty Department of Defense (DoD) installations.
Before joining Converge Strategies, Meredith was a Project Manager for the Air Force Office of Energy Assurance, leading resilience projects across the Air Force. While working in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Installation Energy, she supported OSD Energy Resilience efforts and led the Congressionally mandated Annual Energy Management Resilience Report.
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), trained Human Centered Design Facilitator, and a 2021 alumna of the Atlantic Council’s Women Leaders in Energy and Climate Fellowship.
