Kat Jordan, Financial Analyst, Converge Strategies

Kat Jordan supports organizational finance at Converge Strategies, including annual tax returns, the operating budget, DCAA compliance, and financial reporting. 

Since joining CSL at the beginning of 2024, Kat has standardized and streamlined expense classification, financial data access, and financial reporting. She has developed a custom financial forecast tool to flexibly predict revenue and expenses, as well as run different bid win and hiring scenarios. Her work provides CSL leadership with strong business insights that enable data-driven strategic decision-making. 

Before joining Converge Strategies, Kat administered the internal finance system for the Administration and Finance department of Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA. She built multiple custom database solutions to streamline budget building, payroll allocations, and inventory and systems management. Her strong holistic understanding of business operations is how she leverages available technology to improve her team’s capabilities and efficiency.
