Jonathon Monken, Senior Partner at Converge Strategies, LLC, a consulting company focusing on the intersection of clean energy, resilience, and national security. Jonathon specializes in energy resilience strategy development for electric utilities, military installations, large commercial energy consumers, and community critical infrastructure. He designs energy resilience programs and planning resources for Federal and State government agencies, Fortune 100 companies, and electric utilities. He previously served as the Senior Director of System Resilience and Strategic Coordination for PJM Interconnection and the Director of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency. Jonathon is a 21-year Army veteran with multiple combat deployments who is currently assigned to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
