Adair Douglas
Adair Douglas executes start-to-finish workshop facilitation and strategic message development on clean energy, national security, and energy resilience initiatives.
Adair has grown Converge Strategies’ facilitation practice by designing more than 50 workshops for communities, cities, states, private organizations, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and the U.S. Department of Energy. These workshops have led to direct project support on resilience projects for the DoD, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners, and many of the DOE’s National Laboratories.
Adair develops messaging and executes advocacy strategies to integrate resilience and security into the clean energy transformation. She has designed the brand, messaging, and engagement strategies for the Military Energy Resilience Catalyst [MERC] Program, the Resilient Infrastructure + Secure Energy (RISE) Consortium™, and Converge Federal Solutions (CFS).
Before joining Converge Strategies, Adair was a Government Affairs Manager leading external advocacy efforts and outreach programs with energy trade associations, electric industry stakeholders, and policymakers. She organized briefings on Capitol Hill and engaged with the White House on strengthening the resilience of critical infrastructure.
Adair was selected for the Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI)’s 2021 Cohort.
