Alexis Boytim, Senior Associate, Converge Strategies

Alexis Boytim leverages her experience spanning federal program management, community planning, and regional network-building to advance energy resilience solutions through a collaborative, human-centered approach.

At Converge Strategies, Alexis works with government agencies and partners to design policies and programs that build toward a secure and equitable energy future. She supports clients through research and analysis, facilitated workshops, and resource development to drive strategic decisions and tangible outcomes.

Prior to joining Converge Strategies, Alexis served as a Presidential Management Fellow in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, where she managed a portfolio of cross-cutting technical assistance and R&D initiatives focused on energy resilience for remote and island communities. She has also held roles with the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, the Climate and Rural Systems Partnership, and the Etna EcoDistrict, leading stakeholder engagement, network facilitation, and strategic planning efforts that aligned diverse perspectives around shared goals.
