Caroline Stillitano

Caroline Stillitano specializes in distilling complex energy policy into accessible forms of outreach to facilitate engagement and community focused decision making.

At Converge Strategies, Caroline conducts technical policy research and coordinates interagency cooperation between local communities, defense stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to deploy infrastructure that strengthens energy resilience. She utilizes this expertise to guide clients through the regulatory and rulemaking processes. Her work involves researching policy and technological innovations, as well as facilitating workshops for stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Converge Strategies, Caroline worked with the San Diego Regional Climate Collaborative (SDRCC), where she made complex energy policy topics accessible to the regional community. Throughout her time at SDRCC, Caroline published articles on energy policy, facilitated workshops, and aligned stakeholders to increase collaboration in California’s energy landscape. Caroline served as the Regional Programs Coordinator at ILACSD, where she led countywide environmental initiatives and public engagement efforts to increase sustainability in the region. She ran a number of programs that formed partnerships with various community based organizations, as well as government officials, to develop collaborative solutions to pressing local issues.

Caroline completed a year of service through the AmeriCorps VISTA program, increasing underserved communities’ access to the outdoors in Nevada.
