Claire Reynolds
Claire Reynolds has spent her career in the federal contracting space supporting defense community partnerships, infrastructure asset management, environmental sustainability projects, and encroachment management.
Claire is an expert in public-public partnership development, supporting military installations and public partners through a myriad of transactional authorities to achieve shared solutions. Claire is responsible for development strategies and client relations across a range of projects focused on defense critical infrastructure, energy resilience and security, and community collaboration.
Claire helps military installations identify mission-critical infrastructure projects with mutual benefits to community resilience and map pathways for stakeholder involvement, funding and procurement, and deal closing.
Before joining Converge Strategies, Claire led the contract support teams for the Army, Navy, and Air Force’s Partnership Programs. Over her private sector consulting career, Claire has overseen and managed projects to assess key drivers of encroachment, vulnerability, and risk; develop proactive strategies and action plans to protect and preserve military readiness and enhance resilience; and work with external stakeholders to maximize benefits and meet shared objectives.
