Erica Blevins, Senior Associate, Converge Strategies
Erica Blevins advances energy resilience and infrastructure security by helping government and industry stakeholders assess vulnerabilities, prioritize critical infrastructure, and implement solutions that strengthen operational continuity during power disruptions.
Erica supports military and civilian clients through technical analysis, resilience planning, and stakeholder engagement efforts focused on strengthening energy security and regional preparedness. She has facilitated multiple regional critical infrastructure tabletop exercises designed to identify operational gaps and increase regional resilience and cooperation. Erica has also provided technical support to communities through the National Laboratory of the Rockies’ Solar Energy Innovation Network (SEIN) and Customer Damage Function (CDF) programs, as well as the Department of Energy’s Customized Help and Expertise on Energy Resilience for States (CHEERS) program.
Before joining Converge Strategies, Erica worked as a consultant administering solar incentive programs, conducting solar feasibility assessments, and supporting building electrification and cost-effectiveness studies for a range of clients. She also researched community solar models and energy efficiency programs to identify opportunities for expanding equitable access to clean energy solutions and improving program effectiveness.
Erica was selected for the Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI)’s 2024 Cohort.
