Hana Johnson drives collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups to co-develop innovative infrastructure resilience solutions.
In her role at Converge Strategies, she leads efforts to strengthen regional infrastructure resilience and grid security through stakeholder engagement and interactive facilitation exercises. Hana designs start-to-finish workshops aimed at identifying next steps for implementing innovative infrastructure resilience solutions, such as solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Before joining Converge Strategies, she served as a policy advisor to the Northeastern University Office of Sustainability, advancing the university’s climate goals and initiatives by providing actionable recommendations based on student feedback. She also previously served as a research assistant at the Northeastern Marine Science Center, advancing knowledge of ecosystem structure and the evolution of marine organisms across the Gulf of Maine. She conducted hands-on field research in rocky intertidal areas in the Northeast, specifically focusing on the ecological effects of invasive marine species.
