Jack Graul, Director, Converge Strategies

Jack works with military installations and local communities to assess their resilience posture and develop projects that address critical infrastructure vulnerabilities. 

Jack is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and trained facilitator who has conducted multiple regional and site-specific critical infrastructure assessments on behalf of military and civilian clients. He has led multiple Installation Readiness studies funded by the Department of Defense Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC)—including on behalf of Altus AFB and Ebbing ANGB—and he has served as a lead facilitator for installation-community tabletop exercises.

Before joining Converge Strategies, Jack worked for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP). He led the design and implementation of Energy Exchange, a flagship training event that provides the Federal workforce with the tools and knowledge to ensure efficient and mission-ready federal operations.
