Jack Graul

Jack translates ambitious Federal and state-level energy and climate policy goals into actionable project concepts. Jack supports Converge Strategies’ communities of practice to share resilience solutions and connect novel resilience approaches with funding and financing pathways.

Jack as a certified Project Management Professional and trained facilitator has led energy resilience feasibility studies and explored resilience retrofit opportunities for several military installations. Specifically, he prepared Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Susquehanna for future fleet electrification and federal funding opportunities. Jack supports the Resilient Infrastructure + Secure Energy (RISE) Consortium™ in its mission to rapidly deploy technologies for installation and operational energy, and integrate energy and climate resilience.

Before joining Converge Strategies, Jacked worked for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP). He led the development and implementation of Energy Exchange, a flagship training event that provides the Federal workforce with the tools and knowledge to ensure efficient and mission-ready federal operations.
