Juliane Doscher, Business Operations Coordinator, Converge Strategies

Juliane Doscher leverages her international non-profit experience to support business operations, strategic planning, and program management. 

In her role at Converge Strategies, Juliane contributes to the company’s organizational policies, processes, and procedures. She assists in planning company-wide activities and provides internal logistical support to projects.

Before joining Converge Strategies, Juliane served as the Assistant Director for Programs at the Council of Korean Americans, where she launched their Regional Chapters initiative. In her previous program management roles at the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation and Sasakawa USA, she held responsibilities such as creating and leading international delegations to Japan and other Asian countries, drafting policy proposals, and managing building operations. As an executive assistant at the Atlantic Council, she directly supported the executive office of the President and CEO. These various positions helped Juliane gain experience spanning international relations, external relations, board and stakeholder relations, strategic planning, and executive, administrative, grant, event, project, and program management.
