Juliane Doscher
Juliane Doscher leverages her international non-profit experience to support business operations, strategic planning, and program management.
In her role at Converge Strategies, Juliane contributes to the company’s organizational policies, processes, and procedures. She assists in planning company-wide activities and provides internal logistical support to projects.
Before joining Converge Strategies, Juliane served as the Assistant Director for Programs at the Council of Korean Americans, where she launched their Regional Chapters initiative. In her previous program management roles at the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation and Sasakawa USA, she created and led international delegations to Japan and other Asian countries, drafted policy proposals, and managed building operations. As an executive assistant at the Atlantic Council, she directly supported the executive office of the President and CEO. These experiences provided the foundation for Juliane’s stakeholder management, strategic planning, and program management expertise.
