Lexi Hall, Senior Associate, Converge Strategies
Lexi Hall utilizes her diverse experience across all levels of government to help clients assess stakeholder needs, identify areas of opportunity, and develop strategies to advance shared priorities.
In her role at Converge Strategies, Lexi leads a diverse portfolio of project work with the Department of Energy (DOE) and its national laboratories where she integrates stakeholder perspectives into new and existing policies and programs. Lexi has designed over 15 facilitated workshops, webinars, and interactive discussions on topics of energy resilience, including CSL’s first state-wide utility tabletop exercise. Lexi works with federal and state agencies, trade associations, and utilities to develop resources, programming, and technical assistance to meet their energy resilience and clean energy goals. Lexi designs and facilitates interactive workshops to foster stakeholder collaboration and engagement.
Lexi previously worked in the DOE Loan Programs Office (LPO), where she led outreach campaigns targeting state, local, and federal elected officials to articulate the impact of DOE’s LPO. She’s also worked with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) and has been a rural electric cooperative member and advocate her whole life. The Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) published Lexi’s policy recommendations for accelerating the clean energy transition in rural America and reviving the DOE Loan Programs Office. These recommendations were cited by the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis in their report to the 116th Congress and served as a framework for Section 1703 of the Inflation Reduction Act.
Lexi was selected for the 2025 Clean Energy Leadership Institute fellowship.
