Matt Aronoff
Matt Aronoff works with public and private sector stakeholders to identify funding to build clean and resilient critical infrastructure.
Matt directly has co-authored reports, white papers, and resources on defense energy resilience projects, HVDC transmission, and energy resilience as a security imperative. These are instrumental for foraging military-civilian partnerships to ensure installations have resilient power sources and communities benefit from transmission expansion. Matt has successfully guided several clients through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding processes.
Before joining Converge Strategies, Matt was a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) program analyst. He led engagement with developers, provided research and analysis for proposed transmission lines, managed the Electricity Advisory Committee, and supported the electricity sector’s COVID-19 response.
