Matt has successfully guided several clients through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding processes.

Before joining Converge Strategies, Matt was a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) program analyst. He led engagement with developers, provided research and analysis for proposed transmission lines, managed the Electricity Advisory Committee, and supported the electricity sector’s COVID-19 response.
