Samantha DaGrossa, Business Operations Manager, Converge Strategies

Samantha DaGrossa oversees internal business operations for the CSL team, including human resources, administrative policies, compliance, financial support, and systems management.

Samantha has created multiple administrative policies and a Business Operations Handbook to document business procedures and functionality. She has streamlined the hiring and onboarding process to bolster the growth of Converge Strategies while improving internal processes to benefit the complete employment lifecycle. She also serves as the main financial point of contact for client contracts to streamline account setup and payments, along with supporting project financial tracking.

Before joining Converge Strategies, Samantha worked in the Human Resources and Finance departments at St. Lawrence Health (SLH), where she developed internal processes and supported systems advancement when the SLH entity was originally formed and guided them through several transitions and mergers. She handled centralized union contract management for all hospitals under SLH, focusing on contract requirements regarding compliance, compensation, staffing, and reporting.
