Shoshana Cohen
Shoshana specializes in managing public-private and multi-jurisdictional infrastructure projects. Shoshana is an urban planner with experience transforming strategic visions into community engagement programs.
As a trained facilitator, she has led conversations and managed compliance with Air Force requirements for the delivery of North America’s largest solar plus storage facility. She manages contracting for $1.2 million of Air Force projects annually and has supported multiple projects focusing on energy assurance for emergency management and disaster response purposes.
Before joining Converge Strategies, Shoshana supported the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)’s Community Engagement Risk Communications Program. There, she engaged with over 75 cities and counties in the Southwest and Pacific Territories. She helped communities identify their hazards and aligned them with FEMA-funded risk reduction funding.
